If you ever get hungry and need something light and healthy and thats going to fill you up, this is my go to recipe! It has got avocado, fetta cheese, and cherry tomatoes - too easy! When I was dancing with Buzz Dance Theatre, this was literally what I brought to work for lunch everyday. Its so easy to make and doesn't take much time either! Try it out :)

  • 1 avocado
  • 70 grams of feta cheese
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
* note - the amount varies, depending how much you want.

  1. Take the feta cheese and dice it up into a bowl.
  2. Cut open the avocado and dice it up into the same bowl as the feta cheese.
  3. Take a fork and mash up the avocado and feta cheese together until desired consistency (I like mine to have some chunky bits! Yum!)
  4. Cut the cherry tomatoes in to quarters.
  5. Fold the cherry tomatoes into the avocado and feta cheese mix.
  6. Scoop up the amount desired on to a cracker, into quinoa, bread, or even pasta!
